Features
GBZ Series apron feeder is a conveyor produced from steel plates driven by steel chains wearing on steel surfaces. The apron feeders are a robust design manufactured for durability in the arduous environment of the toughest industrial applications.
The apron feeder is installed with heavy duty steel frame. Variable speed drives control the feed rate to a crusher or other equipment. The pans are made of manganese steel, and are bolted to forged link chains supported on lubricated rollers. Chain support rollers are heavy equipment track rollers. Carry rollers can be changed without need to raise chains. All the features make the apron feeders high performance in any feeding application.

How it works
Apron feeders consist primarily of two strands of endless tractor chain with either cast manganese or fabricated steel pans bolted to a common link of each strand.
The chains are driven by sprockets that are mounted to a head shaft. The pans travel with the chain and articulate over the head sprockets to discharge material.
