Features
SYA Series vibrating screen or circular vibrating screen is a high efficient screening machine with multiple layers. When it is operated, the screen is doing circular movement with the controlling of drum eccentric shaft exciter and eccentric block.
Vibrating Screen has the extremely simple structure and provides the smoothest operations. The intense vibration is uniformly effective over the entire screen and every deck. Vibrating screen provides constant and vigorous screening action under light or heavy load. The intense vibration of the screen box reduces blocking of the screen holes, which increases the screening efficiency and production.

How it works
The eccentric block of the exciter is driven by the motor through the V-belt to spin at high speed. The spinning eccentric block produces large centrifugal force which forces the screen box to do the circular motion at certain amplitude. Materials on the inclined screen receive the impulse from the screen box and make continuous throwing movement.
When materials meet the screen surface during the above movement, those particles with smaller size than the screen mesh will pass through the screen, thus finishing the classification process.
