SGF Series vibrating feeder incorporates a heavy duty vibrator assembly with casting shafts, double row spherical roller bearings and precision cut gears. Adjustable gear timing and bolt-on counterweights can allow for maximum stroke adjustment to achieve optimum feed control and consistent production.

How it works
The vibrating feeder is made of two fixed eccentric shafts whose gears are jogged. Through drive of the motor, the two eccentric shafts start rotating to produce a linear huge power which forces the feeder to vibrate. Through the vibration, the materials will slip and sling on the funnel, and keep moving forward. When the materials pass the screening part, the smaller ones will fall down from the vibrating feeder and not go further crushing. So screening purpose can be reached.
