PF Series impact crushers are most often used for stone crushing, and also used in the recycling industry to process all kinds of hard and brittle materials. The impact crushers are ideal for producing high quality end product where grain shape, distribution and consistency is paramount.

With a high crushing ratio, impact crusher can simplify the crushing process from three periods to one or two for saving the cost of equipment in ore crushing plant. The space between the impact plates and the plate hammers is simple to be adjusted to control the granularity and the particle shape of materials. As the plate hammer is featured in shock resistance, good wear resistance and great impact force, PF Series impact crushers provide high productivity and overall efficiency.

How it works

When the impact crusher is operated, driven by the motor, the rotor will rotate in high speed. While the materials enter into the action area of the plate hammers, they will be struck and crushed by the plate hammer, then thrown out to strike the impact plates and get crushed again. The materials bounce back from the impact plate to the action area, then are thrown out to crush again.

This crushing process will proceed repeatedly, and the materials enter into the first, second and third impacting chamber to get crushed until they meet the required granularity, and then discharged from the discharging mouth.
