Features

The movable jaw assembly adopts high-quality steel casting and drives through two large-sized cast steel flywheels. In addition, the heavy eccentric shaft also adopts forging stock which makes this jaw crusher have extraordinary reliability. They adopt the latest tooth back plate which increases the effective length of the jaw plate and the output of jaw crushers.

How it works
Jaw crushers operate according to the principle of pressure crushing. Jaw crushers are driven by a motor, and the movable jaw moves up and down via eccentric shaft. The angle between fixed jaw and movable jaw becomes smaller when the movable jaw runs down, then the feed materials are crushed into pieces. when the movable jaw runs up, that angle becomes bigger quickly. And the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of pole and spring, then the materials drop out of the crushing chamber.
