Features

Spring system plays the role of overload protection, which enable the exotic materials or steel piece to pass through the crushing chamber without any damage to the machine. Grease seals will isolate dust and lubricants, therefore ensure its reliable operations. The crushing chamber of spring cone crushers can be setup for different materials with the finished products fineness and particle size adjustable.

How it works
When spring cone crusher is operated, the powerful motor drives the shaft. Then the shaft will force the axle of crushing cone wings to swing and the crushing wall will move against each other. Finally, mineral materials will be pressed and crushed, and then drop through the discharge opening in requested sizes.
The connecting points of the supporting sleeve and the frame is compressed tight by the springs. When some foreign matters that can not be crushed fall into spring cone crusher, the springs will shrink and the matters will be discharged from spring cone crusher, and protect the crusher from being damaged.
