How it works

When vertical shaft impact crusher is operated, materials fall down into the feed hopper, and are divided into two parts by the distribute plate. One part pass through the central hole of distribute plate, then are thrown out by the rotor in high speed. While the other are cascading around the distribute plate, they hit each other and crush, then hit the anvil together by the impact force and get crushed again. The crushed materials are discharged from the discharge opening of the vertical shaft impact crusher in the bottom.
